Freelance Business Development Partner / Independent Sales Agent (ERP Transformation – Switzerland)
Are you a results-driven freelance sales professional or independent business introducer with strong B2B connections in the Swiss industrial sector?
We are currently seeking a Freelance Business Development Partner / Independent Commercial Agent to support our direct outreach efforts — both in-person and by phone — to industrial companies in Switzerland undergoing ERP transformation, especially those implementing SAP S/4HANA.

What We're Looking For
We’re not seeking digital marketers or remote-only lead generators.
We're looking for a field-oriented professional who can:
✅ Personally call and engage with key decision-makers
✅ Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings
✅ Visit client sites to present our value proposition
Your mission: Build strong, trust-based relationships with Swiss industrial companies navigating digital and ERP transformation.
Your Role: Strategic Facilitator
You will act as a strategic bridge between our expert ERP team and forward-thinking companies looking to:
Reinforce internal ERP governance
Structure and lead ERP transformation initiatives
Key Targets / Decision-Makers You’ll Engage With:
CIOs, CFOs, CTOs
Heads of Transformation or Strategy
IT Directors / Heads of Digital
Business Process Owners (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Legal, etc.)
Your Main Responsibilities:
Identify and approach Swiss industrial companies undergoing ERP/SAP transformation
Call and schedule meetings with key stakeholders
Visit prospects to pitch our integrated ERP leadership model
Highlight the unique value of internal project integration
Facilitate introductions and first conversations with our consulting team
Earn a commission on every engagement or signed contract resulting from your lead
Ideal Profile:
Strong knowledge of the Swiss industrial sector and its key players
Comfortable with cold calling and in-person B2B sales
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
Experience selling ERP solutions, enterprise software, or digital transformation services is a strong plus
Fluent in French and/or German, with good professional English
Existing B2B network or proven ability to reach IT and transformation decision-makers
Highly autonomous, professional, and aligned with our customer-first values
